About the Community Impact Fellowship (CIF) Programme

The Community Impact Fellowship (CIF) Programme is a flagship initiative of the Future Builders Initiative (FBI), a non-profit organization committed to nurturing young leaders and empowering them to drive positive change within their communities. CIF is a transformative fellowship designed to equip emerging leaders with the knowledge, skills, and networks needed to create sustainable and meaningful impact. It serves as a dynamic platform for personal growth, mentorship, and leadership development.

Objectives and Goals

The CIF Programme is driven by the following key objectives:

• Empowering Young Leaders: CIF aims to empower young leaders between the ages of 18 to 28, providing them with the tools and confidence to initiate and lead positive community-driven projects. Through mentorship, skill-building, and experiential learning, participants will gain the capacity to effect tangible change.
• Fostering Community Engagement: By promoting active participation in community development, CIF seeks to foster a sense of ownership and responsibility among participants. The program encourages community members to collaborate on initiatives that address local needs and challenges.
• Cultivating Leadership Skills: CIF focuses on cultivating essential leadership skills, including effective communication, project management, advocacy, and conflict resolution. Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and abilities necessary to lead with integrity and impact.
